Designing Experiences I love designing systems and interfaces that feel clear and useful. Whether it's a web platform, a workflow, or a program for young innovators, I focus on making complexity simple and aligning the experience with real user needs.

Building Products

After design comes execution. I work closely with developers and stakeholders to turn concepts into real products – from websites and dashboards to automation flows. My role is to keep everyone aligned, the scope realistic and the delivery on track.

Scaling Impact

Beyond launch, I care about impact. I help refine products, integrate analytics and automation, and improve visibility through content and basic SEO. Every iteration aims to make the solution more useful, more inclusive and more sustainable.

Hey there! I’m Hajar Tazi, an engineering and innovation project manager from Morocco. I work at the intersection of sustainable energy, digital products and youth-focused initiatives.

My experience spans research institutions, foundations and startups – from coordinating climate and youth programs at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung to managing engineering projects at IRESEN and leading technical work for mobility and real estate platforms.

I enjoy turning abstract ideas into clear roadmaps, aligning teams around a shared goal, and shipping digital tools that people actually use – whether it’s a web platform, an EHR system, a fleet optimization model or an AI assistant. I’m particularly passionate about projects that combine technology, climate and social impact.
